Our team are experienced specialists in the treatment of bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, atypical anorexia, ARFID and other diagnoses that fall under OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders). We also provide support and treatment for clients experiencing problematic eating behaviours or exercise, concerns with weight and shape, or those affected by dieting and diet culture.
At Practice 371, our team use a Health at Every Size (HAES) non-diet approach when working with all our clients. Our priority is the development of helpful thoughts and behaviours around food and bodies, rather than a specific focus on weight and size. We work with our clients towards regular and adequate nourishment, while fostering flexibility and a more peaceful relationship with food.
